PRESSO+ pressotherapy is a gentle, non-invasive and relaxing treatment designed to support drainage and stimulate venous and lymphatic circulation.
Using a system of controlled and progressive air compression and decompression, PRESSO+ mechanically reproduces the action of drainage. Its different compression zones allow the treatment to be precisely adapted to your individual needs and goals.
Pressotherapy helps stimulate circulation and lymphatic drainage, reduce water retention, swelling and the feeling of heavy or tired legs, while providing a pleasant sensation of lightness.
It can also support body contouring, improve the appearance of water-related cellulite and contribute to improved tissue tone.
PRESSO+ is particularly beneficial for sports recovery. The alternating compression and decompression phases support circulation and help relax the muscles after physical activity. This passive recovery technique allows the muscles to remain at rest throughout the session, making it an excellent addition to your post-workout recovery routine.

Pressotherapy has certain contraindications. An information document will be sent to you after booking. Please read it carefully to ensure that the treatment is suitable for you. The professional protocol also includes a pre-treatment questionnaire to determine eligibility for the treatment.
The document must be read and understood, and the form must be signed before the start of your first session. You may bring the form already signed or sign it on site upon arrival.
